kalaratri and crown chakra

Welcome to the series of Devi Navaratri and chakra activation

This is the last article of this series as per my knowledge there are 7 chakras. So I tried my level best to provide the information . Thank you for the support all these days

The seventh alankara that is done to Maa Durga is Kalaratri in fact she is also called as Katyayini. Kal means time and ratri means night. She removes darkness and brings light into the life of her devotes. She holds light in one of her four hands which signifies that she is removing the darkness and bringing light in to one’s life. She destroys all the bad and ignorance. She is considered as the fiercest of the all the forms in fact her appearance invokes fear in all of us. there are some arguments that Kaali and kalaratri are different .

Maa Kalaratri is described as the goddess who rules the night and day portion of the day. Kalaratri is also described as Shubankari. The one who does good.  Have you noticed one thing? She is very fierce to look then how is it  possible to term her as Shubankari. There is a region behind it. She destroys all the bad effects and destroys ill the bad things that mean she is doing well to us. So she is termed as Shubankari.

If person has lots of ego and he is suffering a lot because of that ego and if he feels guilt about it then the best solution for this problem is praying Maa Kalaratri.

This is the information that I have gathered about Maa Kalaratri and her vehicle is donkey…

Which chakra is governed by Maa kalaratri?

Maa kalaratri governs Crown chakra

Let us explore more about crown chakra

This chakra is also known as  Sahasrara chakra which means that there are 1000 petals. This chakra is the seventh chakra in the body and when the person who is practicing this chakra awakening will be able to open this chakra then it is said that he is now purely attaining Moksha. To the   person who wants to be spiritually active what more than this is needed.

The person in whose kundalani this chakra is activated will attain nirvikapla Samadhi. Nirivikalpa Samadhi means meditation without object. Blocking of this chakra lead to the narrow mindedness of a person, lack of motivation etc

This chakra is said to be ware house for energies that we require. It is said that this activates the energy to balance our self during any conditions.
